Thank you so much for being over 15,000 Watchers on DeviantArt! This is undoubtedly one of the most important milestones we've reached so far, and this tiny author under my foot wants to thank each and every one of you for your support, through thick and thin. A huge thank you also to those who have already purchased Oshi No Shrink and to those who will in the future, It was only fitting that such a special comic should arrive at such a special time, not just because I'm the star, hehehe~ For now, I recommend you keep reading, as this celebration comes with more surprises in the following images!
Thank you so much for being over 7,000 Followers on Pixiv! We know this announcement should have been made several months ago, but better late than never! Also, B-Komachi wouldn't have been part of this moment if we had posted this image earlier~ Since reaching 6K, we've implemented the most convenient way to read free comic previews in the MANGA section of this site, and the success has been overwhelming! By the way, thank you so much for buying Oshi No Shrink. That comic was very special to GeaGts, who hopes to continue living up to your expectations in future stories, delivering pending commissions, and improving more and more. Speaking of which, I think he and Rachel wanted to give you a final message, or rather, invite you to participate in a special call… Keep reading, fans! And long live the idols!
Hello everyone! Besides letting you know that we updated my profile picture to reflect my new and improved cosmic appearance, we want to invite you all to participate in our first ASK ME ANYTHING!!! This idea has been floating around the office for a long time, and thanks to the motivation provided by a Watcher with many questions, we finally decided to do it. Here's how it will work: You can write your questions in the comments of this post, wherever it's been published, and we'll select some to answer in a format similar to a Reddit AMA, BUT LIKE A MINI-COMIC, with each question accompanied by an exclusive illustration! The questions will also appear directly on those images. This is my way of thanking you all for your continued support, and especially to have a space once a month to answer your questions. Regarding the content of the questions, you can ask about anything related to GeaGts: the content, the process, some questions about the comic book stories or lore, my opinion on a specific series, etc. Depending on the situation, either Rachel or I'll answer. Just try to avoid questions that are too personal or about whether I'll ever do a big comic of a particular series or game, since the answer to that is always "I'll do it if I've watched the original material and liked it," as I've said many times. I wouldn't want to fill an entire AMA with answers like that, so try to be original and witty to be featured in this first Q&A session. And while you're at it, check the FAQ section of the website to see if the answer to your question is already there, and to get a look at the format we'll be using. That's all for now. Thank you all for your support, and a special thanks to my new assistant Ethan (now known in the credits as E.G.) for his continued efforts. Thanks to him, Oshi No Shrink was possible, as will the rest of our ambitious plans… In the meantime, write in your questions!
1. Will there ever be translations of comics into other languages? (I'm Russian, and I have to take a screenshot every time I translate a comic, and that's about 3 images per page. If you count the time, I spend about 15 minutes on 10 pages taking screenshots and uploading them to the translator.)
2. Why was Melty's character punished so severely in the Shield Hero comic? Is she really so hated that they couldn't have ended up dying in Philo's stomach? (Maybe I'm just being too kind.)
3. Where do you get so many words to describe smells and surroundings? It feels like a special AI (no offense) wrote it and divided it into squares for readers to understand.
